What you will do

• Oversee contractual arrangements and commercial governance with DFMs, bond providers, and fund managers.
• Review and approve non-standard investment assets prior to onboarding to ensure alignment with platform strategy.
• Monitor fund flows against onboarding assumptions and challenge partners when commercial benefits are not realized.
• Manage AML and due diligence activities for offshore assets to maintain internal standards.
• Ensure all investment partnerships support good customer outcomes and adhere to Consumer Duty expectations.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence of governance, onboarding decisions, and relationship monitoring.

Requirements

• Significant experience working with investment products, fund managers, or platform propositions.
• Proven track record in managing commercial or investment partner relationships.
• Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledge of fund onboarding processes and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bath, UK
