Senior Localization Manager

Overview

The Senior Localization Manager will oversee the end-to-end localization process for our products, ensuring seamless execution across multiple languages and markets, managing day-to-day localization requests, and implementing rigorous linguistic quality assurance (LQA) processes.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end localization process.
• Manage localization requests for product localization.
• Own AI and Machine Translation integration projects.
• Enhance existing localization processes and create new workflows.
• Conduct research related to localization effectiveness.
• Mentor Localization Managers and evangelize best localization practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in localization management, with a focus on product localization.
• Strong understanding of localization processes, tools (TMS, CAT tools), and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluent English and Russian.
