What you will do

• Research trending topics and analyze viral content to inform the content plan.
• Draft Twitter threads and adapt content formats for Substack and email newsletters.
• Build and QA email sequences, including segmentation and funnel monitoring.
• Create visual assets such as charts and cover graphics using Canva or Figma.
• Monitor Reddit communities and curate organic contributions to add value.
• Track weekly analytics and report on performance metrics like engagement and CTR.

Requirements

• English: C1 or native-level proficiency required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in content operations, community management, or SMM.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically Claude.
• Active Twitter/X user for at least 2 to 3 years with a deep understanding of platform culture.
• Familiarity with newsletter platforms like Substack, Beehiiv, or ConvertKit.
• Basic understanding of data, analytics, or SaaS concepts.

Nice to have

• Active Reddit user.
• Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives.
• Proficiency in Figma or Canva.
• Technical or data-adjacent background.
