What you will do

• Drive remediation activities for aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Manage and address a backlog of approximately 400 investigations and 70-100 CAPAs.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of 100 QA personnel.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality performance and compliance.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence to oversee quality operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work consistently onsite in Hunt Valley, MD.
• Extensive experience in aseptic environments and contamination control.
• Proven track record in remediation within an aseptic manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large QA teams.
• Ability to train and develop quality assurance staff.
