What you will do

• Develop and lead the execution of hirify.global Europe’s Government Affairs strategy in alignment with global and EMEA corporate objectives.
• Drive high-level engagement with EMEA space agencies, EU institutions, ministries, and embassies to generate new business opportunities.
• Translate political, budgetary, and regulatory developments into actionable business recommendations for the leadership team.
• Shape institutional demand and budgets for lunar transportation, surface mobility, data services, and infrastructure.
• Develop policy positions, briefing materials, and talking points for senior executive leadership.
• Represent hirify.global Europe in external meetings, industry forums, and high-level stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in public affairs, political science, communications, or an equivalent field.
• 7+ years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, diplomacy, or institutional business development.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA institutional landscape, including ESA and EU policy-making processes.
• Proven ability to engage senior public-sector stakeholders with credibility and discretion.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, high-trust team with strong personal ownership.
• English: C1+ proficiency required; Must be based in or able to work on-site in Luxembourg.

• Fluency in German, Italian, or other European languages.
