Production Deputy Manager (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and PPM targets.
• Coordinate production activities with Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other departments.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, costs, reports, statistics, and production performance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, occupational safety, fire protection, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage workforce discipline, attendance, task allocation, recruitment, leave approvals, and workforce planning.
• Drive audits, employee development, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in production management.
• Strong leadership, personnel management, analytical, conflict management, and goal-orientation skills.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Knowledge of MES, SQL, SBS, IPST Masq, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, PLP, JIT manufacturing, EHS requirements, and environmental policies.
