What you will do
- Maintain and enhance optimization models using LP and MIP to drive scalable business solutions.
- Develop, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML and optimization solutions within a cloud environment (GCP).
- Build and optimize data preparation and aggregation pipelines, integrating new data sources to improve model performance.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, automation, and model lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical insights to business stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and visualization to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Discrete Optimization, including Linear Programming (LP), Integer Programming (IP), and Mixed Integer Programming (MIP).
- Proven experience deploying machine learning solutions in production cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced Python programming skills with a focus on clean, modular, and testable code.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and dbt for data transformation workflows.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments.
