What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions from analysis to production operation.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate ambitions into concrete technical designs.
• Safeguard the balance between development speed, code quality, and system maintainability.
• Mentor junior and medior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead incident response and implement structural improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Identify technical debt and experiment with new technologies like AI and cloud-native tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer solving complex technical challenges.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with cloud-native development, preferably on AWS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Must be able to work from the Veghel office at least four days a week.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
