What you will do

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on all regulatory dossiers and registration files for crop protection chemicals.
• Act as the primary contact and negotiator with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and other regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Turkey REACH (KKDIK), GHS/CLP, and other applicable local regulations.
• Manage the notarization and legalization of regulatory documents and agreements.
• Maintain registration records, renewal dates, and expense tables in company databases.
• Summarize efficacy data and review the regulatory requirements for product labels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (degree in Plant Protection preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar regulatory role.
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish Ministry of Agriculture rules, regulations, and registration procedures.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
• Must be based in Izmir, Turkey and have no restrictions to travel within the geography.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant data management software.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Food Chain issues, such as MRLs, Organic Farming, and Good Agricultural Practices.
