What you will do

• Configure and build Helix components including ITSM, Digital Workplace, and Business Workflows.
• Implement workflows, forms, and request experiences based on established standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Helix and surrounding systems like DevOps tools.
• Assist with bug fixing, testing, and troubleshooting across platform solutions.
• Document configurations and changes to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Participate in code and configuration reviews to adopt platform best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with the BMC Helix platform.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Foundational knowledge in software development, configuration, or low-code platforms.
• Understanding of integration concepts and APIs (REST, JSON).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge requirements.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
