What you will do

• Run multiple link building campaigns including listicle inclusions, link insertions, and broken link building
• Research and qualify outreach targets based on site quality and relevance
• Write and personalize outreach emails, manage sequences and follow-ups, and negotiate placements
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and webmasters
• Track campaign pipeline, response rates, and earned links with reporting against targets
• Collaborate with Digital PR & Content Manager and Content & Insights Lead on campaign priorities and timelines

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of hands-on outreach, link building, or digital PR experience
• Excellent written English with ability to personalize pitches quickly
• Strong research skills and high attention to detail for qualifying sites and verifying contacts
• Comfort managing multiple campaigns and disciplined follow-up
• Familiarity with SEO principles and a white-hat mindset
• Willingness to work AI-native and automate workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with outreach and PR tools like BuzzStream, Prowly, or Pitchbox
• Experience creating and sending press releases
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs
• Experience with journalist request platforms like HARO
• Familiarity with HR-tech or job search industry
• Additional European languages for outreach in non-English markets
• Experience in in-house PR teams or agencies with international collaboration
