What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and identify hiring needs.
• Source and engage top talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese language skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
