Customer Onboarding Manager (Fintech)

A well-funded fintech unicorn operating a cloud-based global payables automation platform used by enterprises to streamline international supplier payments and AP operations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP migration projects (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) from discovery and scoping through cutover and hypercare.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for Finance and Accounting stakeholders, including VP-level leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and TAM teams to capture project details and coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) preparation.
• Coordinate integration updates between the company platform and customers' new ERP systems.
• Advise customers on data migration best practices and the use of AP clearing accounts.
• Oversee project timelines and execute cutover activities to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, SAP, or Xero.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement.
• Ability to read and debug web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-instance, or cross-border ERP migrations.
