What you will do
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for VIP-facing teams.
- Create and maintain training materials and learning resources.
- Assess employee performance and provide professional coaching and feedback.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement structured development plans.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness.
- Monitor training results and support continuous learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist.
- Proven ability to create and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness.
- Fluent English.
