What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation of RRM activities with partners to ensure rapid delivery of lifesaving aid.
• Lead project planning, proposal development, and budget management for emergency response portfolios.
• Monitor humanitarian developments and displacement trends to inform timely operational adjustments.
• Manage and mentor staff, ensuring performance goals align with country strategy and duty of care.
• Facilitate coordination with UN agencies, government authorities, and local NGOs to promote operational synergies.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify implementation quality and provide technical support to field teams.

Requirements

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in humanitarian programming.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position within an international NGO.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Proven experience working in complex, volatile, and insecure environments.
• Deep understanding of the operational context in Northern Yemen.
• Strong knowledge of humanitarian donor rules, regulations, and project cycle management.
