What you will do

• Handle academic administration requests via Freshdesk and the AA inbox.
• Lead Registrar Office operational activities including matriculation, course evhirify.globalations, scheduling, and graduation.
• Develop ML predictive and prescriptive models based on historical data to address planning and forecasting gaps.
• Document and maintain key procedures under the registry's purview.
• Collaborate with various operational departments to ensure quality within Registry Operations.
• Participate in academic committees and report progress to the Registry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a junior administrative role.
• Proven experience in academic administration or administrative operations.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, with a specific bias toward ML and BI solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail when processing large datasets.
