Location: Seoul, South Korea (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Maintain active candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Language: Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea.
• High school diploma.
