Business Technology Implementation Analyst (IT): Formulates and defines business process systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements with an accent on system requirement specifications and process optimization. Focus on designing complex solutions, gathering technical requirements for custom and shrink-wrapped software, and leading cross-divisional teams.
Location: Hybrid (Multiple US locations)
Salary: $91,266 – $167,332

What you will do
- Gather and document complex business process technology requirements and provide application development support.
- Facilitate the implementation of best practices and policies for utilizing existing IT tools.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define technical requirements for custom and off-the-shelf software.
- Lead cross-divisional teams for business case collection and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
- Research and recommend technology solutions that align with corporate standards and client needs.
- Manage and provide work direction to BPTA and Associate roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or Computer Science preferred).
- 7-8 years of professional experience in systems analysis or business technology.
- Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Knowledge of Enterprise Document Management systems (e.g., FileNet, Documentum) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
