What you will do

• Gather and document complex business process technology requirements and provide application development support.
• Facilitate the implementation of best practices and policies for utilizing existing IT tools.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define technical requirements for custom and off-the-shelf software.
• Lead cross-divisional teams for business case collection and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
• Research and recommend technology solutions that align with corporate standards and client needs.
• Manage and provide work direction to BPTA and Associate roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or Computer Science preferred).
• 7-8 years of professional experience in systems analysis or business technology.
• Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Document Management systems (e.g., FileNet, Documentum) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
