Software Developer, Product Engineering (C#/.NET, Python)

Location: Makati City, Ayala Avenue, Philippines. Working hours are aligned with US EST support hours, with collaboration across EU and global teams.

What you will do

• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance bespoke in-house applications, reporting solutions, automation platforms, integrations, and associated services.
• Investigate integration failures and automation breakdowns with DevOps, networking, infrastructure, and development teams.
• Support deployments, upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and modernization initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor data feeds and application flows in Airflow and .NET, and maintain Python DAGs, C# modules, .NET applications, and SQL stored procedures.
• Participate in feature design, development, testing, releases, code reviews, quality control, and backlog grooming.
• Automate validation and error-reporting pipelines and maintain troubleshooting documentation, support playbooks, and escalation criteria.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in support environments or production pipelines.
• Professional written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with C#/.NET APIs and backend development, Python APIs and Airflow DAGs, SQL, and stored-procedure debugging.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, exception handling, multi-layered architecture, ETL concepts, job orchestration, and data-workflow error handling.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD principles, issue tracking, monitoring tools, and error-log analysis.
• Ability to work independently during US EST support hours and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional global teams.

Nice to have

• Airflow administration experience, including log management, retries, and schedule tuning.
• Experience with Docker, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of PyTest, NUnit, Agile principles, and squad-based work.
