TL;DR
Wellbeing Coordinator (Customer Success): Leading regional programming and operations for the Microsoft partnership to drive wellbeing goals with an accent on strategic alignment and end-to-end program delivery. Focus on managing stakeholder relationships, event logistics, and data-driven impact reporting across the Middle East and Africa.

Location: Irbid, Jordan (Must be based in or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4)

Salary: $40,000–$60,000

What you will do

  • Lead regional program strategy and planning aligned with Microsoft's priorities and Thrive's global wellbeing strategy.
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact, building relationships with Microsoft regional leaders and wellbeing champions.
  • Own regional program delivery end-to-end, from intake and stakeholder discovery through logistics and content coordination.
  • Track engagement, impact, and risk indicators using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to coordinate shared program goals.
  • Report progress and insights to leadership, proactively improving programming and flagging risks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, employee wellbeing, HR, or Customer Success.
  • Strong project and event management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience operating in a co-delivery or partnership model.
  • International experience working across regions in a complex, virtual environment.
  • Based in or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4 with genuine familiarity with the Middle East region.
