DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC FINANCE, BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & VALUE CREATION

You will partner with the CEO, CFO and business leaders to translate strategy into financial scenarios, identify value creation opportunities, challenge business assumptions and improve profitability through transparent cost, margin and capital allocation models.
We are looking for someone with experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Big4 Deals/Strategy & Transactions, Corporate Development or Strategic Finance, who combines strong financial modelling with a deep understanding of business economics and value creation.
We are committed to considering all qualified candidates; however, preference will be given to Kazakhstan nationals. International candidates will be considered where their experience provides a strong match for the role.
