Corporate Strategist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Execute and follow up on strategic projects and CEO-led decisions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct research and studies on business expansion, product growth, and competitive analysis.
• Review and refine high-profile documents and materials presented to the CEO.
• Maintain accurate company data, reporting, and internal communications.
• Support the CEO in communicating with internal staff and external high-level business executives.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with policies, procedures, and operational methods.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate planning and project management.
• Experience working in Management Consulting or a Big 4 company.
• Proven business writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for various audiences.
