What you will do

• Develop and implement the communication strategy for IRC Chad to strengthen organizational reputation.
• Coordinate the production of communication materials including brochures, fact-sheets, annual reports, and newsletters.
• Create and disseminate impact-driven content such as videos, documentaries, and testimonials.
• Manage social media platforms and digital presence to showcase program activities and results.
• Lead national media relations, acting as the focal point for journalist networks and managing press coverage.
• Train and coach staff and national spokespersons on visibility, photography, and media handling.

Requirements

• University degree in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism, or social sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with international NGOs.
• Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written).
• Proven ability to develop storytelling content and manage media relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
• Must be based in N'Djamena, Chad.
