Account Executive, Small Business 2 (SaaS/AI)

TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/AI): Driving the growth and adoption of AI-powered customer agents for the Small Business segment with an accent on full-cycle sales and consultative approaches. Focus on outbound prospecting, managing revenue forecasts, and partnering with SEs to win flagship logos.

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Must be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for Small Business customers from prospecting to close using a consultative approach.
• Evangelize the product to spearhead growth and adoption across the SMB segment.
• Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts and visibility on performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to secure flagship logos in the market.
• Partner with R&D and Marketing to act as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a closing role.
• 1+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and solve problems in a fast-moving organization.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
