What you will do
- Develop and maintain business dashboards and reports to monitor organization-wide KPIs.
- Provide strategic data analysis and act as a key advisor to the senior management team.
- Extract and analyze source system data to meet business demands and reporting standards.
- Support business development through data modeling and impact analysis of systems.
- Create evidence-informed auditing tools for new and existing health programs.
- Ensure data privacy and information governance are maintained across all reporting systems.
Requirements
- University degree (Master's preferred) in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in health system analytics, performance measurement, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience with data visualization technologies and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of business drivers, KPIs, and technical database management.
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and communicate findings clearly.
- Location: Must be based in PE Charlottetown, Canada.
