What you will do

• Develop and maintain business dashboards and reports to monitor organization-wide KPIs.
• Provide strategic data analysis and act as a key advisor to the senior management team.
• Extract and analyze source system data to meet business demands and reporting standards.
• Support business development through data modeling and impact analysis of systems.
• Create evidence-informed auditing tools for new and existing health programs.
• Ensure data privacy and information governance are maintained across all reporting systems.

Requirements

• University degree (Master's preferred) in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in health system analytics, performance measurement, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience with data visualization technologies and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, KPIs, and technical database management.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and communicate findings clearly.
• Location: Must be based in PE Charlottetown, Canada.
