What you will do

• Coordinate and operate webinars and manage scheduled customer communications via email and in-app messages.
• Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with product management to target specific buyer personas.
• Create a wide range of product-related materials, including sell sheets, flyers, presentations, and case studies.
• Execute the customer interview process to gather and document testimonials for marketing use.
• Plan and manage the launch of new products and updates, overseeing cross-functional deliverables.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
