UI Designer (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Create UI elements including menus, illustrations, HUDs, pop-ups, and comprehensive design systems.
• Develop UX assets such as prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to improve player experience.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure a cohesive look and user-friendly interface.
• Implement optimized design assets while adhering to tight development deadlines.
• Support game-specific branding initiatives both inside and outside the game environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Visual Designer, UI Artist, or UX/UI Designer.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• An online portfolio showcasing proven experience designing interfaces for mobile platforms.
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience working on mobile game titles, specifically First-Person Shooters (FPS).
• Knowledge of game engines, especially Unity, and the game development pipeline.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, illustration, and 3D asset creation.
