What you will do

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a portfolio of named accounts.
• Directly contribute to NRR through predictable renewal and expansion pipelines.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and commercial opportunities.
• Create and maintain mutual success plans to guide AI transformation and demonstrate ROI.
• Conduct use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities and increase value.
• Collaborate with the Services team for complex technical implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B software customer adoption, value realization, or renewals.
• Fluent French speaker.
• Strong discovery skills to map business problems into practical implementation plans.
• Ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces.
• Commercial awareness to manage renewal risks and expansion potential.
• Obsession with AI and current productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Experience managing flat or at-risk renewal accounts.
• Proven track record in a shared account ownership model.
• Experience designing repeatable customer programs and playbooks at scale.
