What you will do

• Prepare annual construction workplans to align with programmatic needs.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Programmes/Operations and coordinate with Government counterparts.
• Develop design and technical documentation for construction projects.
• Provide technical support to the procurement process for construction materials and services.
• Monitor construction projects on-site to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to specifications.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education is required (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Logistics preferred).
• Minimum six years of administrative experience in project monitoring or construction supply chain management.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of green building standards.
• Strong understanding of construction project cycles, from assessment to evaluation.
• Must be based in or available to work onsite in Caracas, Venezuela.

Nice to have

• Basic English proficiency.
• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, or Russian).
• Experience working in emergency, fragile settings, or humanitarian contexts.
