What you will do

• Gather requirements and perform data analysis to translate findings into clear business insights.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes using AI-enabled solutions.
• Document processes, prepare presentation materials, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across business areas to understand data needs and support project delivery.

Requirements

• Currently a post-secondary student (eligible for Internship/Co-op).
• Strong interest in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and translate information into clear insights.
• Must be based in Canada and able to adhere to a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in-person).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
• Coursework or project experience in machine learning, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Exposure to responsible AI concepts, data privacy, and ethical use of data.
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling for non-technical audiences.
