Salary: $214,000 — $330,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and establish measurement best practices.
• Own attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders to influence business strategy.
• Drive paid and organic digital acquisition strategy using CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysis.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights.
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for demand gen and field marketing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI within B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams.
• 5+ years in digital/paid media analytics, including attribution and budget allocation.
• Expert-level proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Deep expertise in multi-touch measurement and marketing attribution modeling.
• Must be located in the US (specifically CA, CO, IL, NY, or WA).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, predictive modeling, and marketing mix modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Background in growth marketing or demand generation.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Analytics, Economics, or related field).
