What you will do

• Apply data science, machine learning, and statistics to solve player, product, and business challenges.
• Develop models, experiments, and data products that improve player experience and personalization.
• Drive the full lifecycle of data products from exploration and prototyping to production implementation.
• Build and maintain reliable ML pipelines and scalable systems for production use.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Game Design, and UX disciplines to create player-focused solutions.
• Communicate complex technical insights through analysis, documentation, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Expertise in areas such as machine learning, experimentation, causal inference, deep learning, or reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency with technical tools including Python, SQL, Spark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to translate data opportunities into practical product impact.
• Background in data-rich environments such as gaming, consumer tech, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Experience ranging from PhD/early-career to senior technical leadership.
