Business Development Manager (Physical AI)

Location: New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / San Francisco, CA. Must be a U.S. person or authorized to access export-controlled information.

Salary: $115,000 – $168,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic partnerships with robotics ISVs, simulation vendors, and OEMs to define joint GTM strategies and product integrations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the NVIDIA Physical AI ecosystem, including Isaac Sim, Omniverse, and DRIVE.
• Develop joint reference architectures covering synthetic data, sim-to-real pipelines, and on-robot inference.
• Identify and close compute opportunities across simulation, model training, and edge deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to represent partner feedback and influence the roadmap.
• Execute quarterly business plans and drive co-sell motions with partner sales organizations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Physical AI stack: robotics, autonomous systems, and embodied AI.
• Fluency in NVIDIA’s toolchain: Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Cosmos, ROS2, and OpenUSD.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, BD, or solutions architecture within robotics or AI infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading partnerships with NVIDIA or similar platform companies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both engineering and C-suite audiences.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export authorization.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience shipping code, training models, or architecting physical-world systems.
• Deep understanding of compute-specific needs for simulation vs. continuous training vs. edge inference.
