Sr. Consultant - Cloud Red Team Blue Team (Cybersecurity): Performing cloud-focused adversary emulation against customer environments with an accent on TTPs for AWS, Azure, and GCP. Focus on challenging existing cloud security controls, managing engagements from kickoff to report delivery, and enhancing CRTBT tradecraft.

Location: Remote (Canada). Must maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity

What you will do

• Conduct Cloud Red Team Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements by performing cloud-focused adversary emulation.
• Emulate realistic threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to validate customer defenses.
• Analyze existing cloud security controls and detection capabilities in collaboration with customers.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle from kickoff through to final report delivery.
• Identify and develop long-term enhancements to the CRTBT offering to sharpen emulation tradecraft.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• 5+ years of overall experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles.
• 1-2 years of experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
• Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/Entra ID/M365, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and tooling development to support adversary emulation.

• Experience implementing security programs in endpoint, network, or threat intelligence domains.
