What you will do

• Prototype at volume using AI tools and code to explore multiple design directions rapidly.
• Design directly in the codebase using React and Next.js to refine components and interactions.
• Simplify complex authorization models, SDK patterns, and security flows into clear interfaces.
• Raise the overall craft and quality bar for the broader design organization.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing speed with a high standard of user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high craft and aesthetics.
• Proven ability to prototype in the browser or write production code to achieve precise interactions.
• An established AI-integrated workflow and opinions on the utility of AI tools.
• Experience designing for technical audiences, including APIs, CLIs, SDKs, and admin dashboards.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area
