What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions on Azure, including RAG pipelines and conversational AI systems.
• Experiment with and fine-tune foundation models to optimize performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Build scalable data pipelines for GenAI workloads, including document ingestion and vector index management.
• Implement multi-agent AI systems and orchestration patterns to automate complex business processes.
• Apply prompt engineering and model evaluation frameworks to ensure responsible and consistent AI outputs.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and Architects to transition proof-of-concepts into production.

Requirements

• Strong Python proficiency and experience with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Proven expertise in RAG pipeline design, Azure AI Search, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Service).
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency required
