What you will do

• Define and drive the technical strategy for vehicle content, pipelines, and workflows.
• Solve complex technical challenges affecting vehicle quality, performance, and production efficiency.
• Architect and implement scalable systems to replace manual, asset-by-asset fixes.
• Lead the development of tools that enable artists to create and integrate vehicle content more efficiently.
• Establish best practices for vehicle creation, validation, and optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across the Vehicle Art team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Technical Artist at a Principal or Lead level.
• Deep expertise in vehicle content and real-time production pipelines.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable tools and systems.
• Expert knowledge of real-time engines, ideally Unreal Engine.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence artists, engineers, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience working on vehicle-focused, automotive, or racing titles.
• Advanced scripting or programming skills using Python, Blueprints, or C++.
• Experience architecting and optimizing large-scale content pipelines for AAA production.
