Senior Product Analyst

Location: Relocation to Serbia, or Armenia, or another destination.

Overview

You will be analyzing player interaction data, evaluating game feature performance, and supporting A/B testing. Your insights will influence product development and player retention strategies. You will also manage the A/B testing framework.

What you will do

• Analyze player interaction data and identify unusual behavior patterns.
• Evaluate game feature performance and provide actionable insights.
• Design metrics and dashboards for easy analysis and visualization.
• Predict player retention trends and key product metrics.
• Manage the A/B testing framework.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or gaming product analytics.
• Expertise in conducting A/B tests.
• Strong skills in hypothesis generation and execution.
• High level of team and product immersion.
• Fluent Russian.

• Skills in developing mathematical/simulation models.
