PPS Solutions Sr. Consultant (Remote, GBR)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer security architecture and business outcomes into deployment strategies.
• Design Falcon platform deployment approaches across endpoint protection, threat intelligence, identity protection, and cloud security modules.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs), technical architecture diagrams, deployment roadmaps, and effort estimates.
• Partner with Services Sales Executives on pre-sales qualification, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and proof-of-value workshops.
• Align services to customer adoption and maturity roadmaps, identify follow-on services, and ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery handoff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Services Delivery, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering on service gaps and enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, professional services, or solutions architecture roles in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security and modern security operations (EDR/XDR).
• Proven experience scoping and designing complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and create SOWs, effort estimates, and project plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon or competitive EDR/XDR solutions.
• Security consulting or managed security services background.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management/service frameworks.
• Experience with identity and access management, cloud workload protection, or threat intelligence platforms.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CEH) or relevant cloud certifications.
