Senior Data Analyst (Game)

Location: Remote work allowed worldwide except Russia and Belarus or from company offices

What you will do

• Develop player segmentation to adapt gameplay to user experience
• Analyze game economy, player behavior, and balance to support product decisions
• Prepare reports and recommendations for game changes within the product team
• Organize collection and automated processing of game data, develop dashboards for recurring reports
• Participate in preparation and conduct of A/B testing

Requirements

• Excellent mathematical background with knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics
• Experience in data analysis, product/marketing analytics
• Excellent knowledge and experience with SQL and Python
• Experience in machine learning is a plus
• Business-oriented with ability to find practical solutions quickly
• Proactive and responsible with ability to act in uncertainty
