Overview

We’re looking for an AI Video Creator/ Motion Designer to help take our video ads for Gardenscapes to the next level using cutting-edge AI tools. This role is all about hands-on creative work integrating AI into every stage of the process, from concept to final render. You’ll get the freedom to explore, experiment, and shape the future of creative production at one of hirify.global’s most iconic titles.

What you will do

• Create video creatives for mobile game ads using AI tools.
• Implement AI-solutions in the production process of video creatives, animations and art.
• Analyze and test new AI tools, adapting them to the team's objectives.
• Develop a team AI workflow pipeline and implement process automation.
• Work with ready-made assets, using AI to process and adapt them.
• Train the team on how to effectively use AI in production.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with AI-generated video or animation with GPT/DeepSeek/Hailuo(Minimax)/Luma/Kling/Sora/Runway GEN3/MidJourney/ ElevenLabs.
• 3+ years of Motion designer/video designer experience
• Understanding of the capabilities of AI tools in visual content creation.
• Skills in analyzing and optimizing AI-enabled creative creation processes.
• Fluent Russian language.

Nice to have

• Having portfolio of AI-generated videos
• Skills with the following tools: Photoshop, After Effects, Blender.
• Experience in the gaming industry, advertising or creative agencies.
