What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines
• Develop services for the b2b product line
• Contribute to architecture improvements and document architectural decisions
• Ensure unit and integration test coverage and follow software design best practices
• Build and maintain alerting, dashboards, and runbooks; investigate and debug production issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver new features and products

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend development in an enterprise environment (Java)
• Practical knowledge of Kotlin
• Strong understanding of Java concurrency
• Understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Cloud development principles with practical AWS experience
• Ability to scale systems and ensure high availability

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis, Netty, Akka, gRPC, Project Reactor, NATS, Kafka, and/or MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of unit testing and automated test paradigms
