Incoming Quality Assurance Technician (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: 1800-2300 EUR gross/month

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials through laboratory testing, visual inspection, and documentation review to ensure compliance.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Certified Materials Program.
• Execute protocol material validation activities and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality and cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
• Evaluate rejected materials and accurately record non-conformances in quality systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.
• College or Vocational School education in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
• English and Lithuanian language skills required.
• Ability to work accurately with measurement equipment and laboratory instruments.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Previous laboratory experience.
• Experience working with the SAP system.
