Overview

We are looking for a Development Director with experience managing large IT products who is ready to take on responsibility for the results of our flagship games. You will lead key development processes and facilitate the professional growth of a large team of industry experts. The director's task is to effectively manage teams in conditions of high production rates and change.

What you will do

• Manage teams effectively in conditions of high production rates and change.
• Be involved in the entire game production process, from pre-production and artistic work to creating engineering perfection.
• Create and develop teams with almost unlimited opportunities to build a team.

Requirements

• Experience managing a cross-functional development team of 100+ people in a product IT company or in game development.
• Strong people management skills: hiring, training, and developing a product management team.
• Experience in defining and implementing product development strategies.
• Development and implementation of production processes.
• Technical background: technical education, experience as a developer/QA.
• Experience in managing and developing managers, working with teams through team leads.
