What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process from posting ads and screening CVs to scheduling interviews.
• Experiment with new sourcing channels, events, and campaigns to attract top talent.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and fast feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across commercial and technical departments.
• Maintain talent pools and strengthen the employer brand.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and managing recruitment tools and ATS systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passion for talent acquisition and matching people with the right teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a disciplined problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent energy and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be able to work from the Copenhagen office as part of a hybrid setup.
