TL;DR
Solution Architect (Fintech): Designing and documenting architectural solutions for mortgage loan origination and servicing platforms within a large-scale Nordic banking ecosystem with an accent on microservices integration and complex enterprise systems. Focus on transforming architectural complexity into intuitive user-friendly solutions while operating within a SAFe Agile framework.
Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (approx. 3 days/week in office)
Salary: 1100–1400 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do
- Create and document solution designs, architecture decisions, and integration specifications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements using end-to-end architectural thinking.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, and development teams across multiple countries.
- Guide the implementation of solutions based on microservices and modern integration patterns.
- Contribute to solution delivery within a SAFe Agile environment.
Requirements
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and System Integration in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Professional level of English (C1 equivalent) for technical documentation and collaboration.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.
Nice to have
- General knowledge of Java, Angular, and Spring Boot ecosystems.
- Experience with micro-application architectures.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly mortgage lending.
