TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Frontend (Platform)): Building a shared frontend platform and framework-agnostic design system using micro-frontends and Web Components with an accent on reusable architecture and tooling. Focus on designing component APIs, debugging across framework boundaries, and maintaining a high-quality foundation for multiple product teams.
Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. Must be based in the Czech Republic or have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.

What you will do
- Develop a micro-frontend platform hosting shared UI as dynamically federated micro-frontends.
- Build a framework-agnostic Web Components design system and associated tooling.
- Design component and service APIs with strict versioning and backward compatibility.
- Debug complex issues involving Shadow DOM, Module Federation, and dependency resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to break down customer problems into executable technical tasks.
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate scaffolding, testing, and design tradeoffs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience building enterprise-grade software.
- Strong TypeScript (strict mode) and JavaScript fundamentals, including Web Components and Shadow DOM.
- Proficiency in React, with working comfort in Vue 3 and Angular.
- Experience with monorepos (Nx, pnpm) and Vite.
- Strong testing habits using Vitest and Playwright.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic or have valid sponsorship for the region.
Nice to have
- Experience with Module Federation and runtime service/dependency injection.
- Knowledge of design-token pipelines (e.g., Style Dictionary) or bundler plugins.
- Exposure to AWS and infrastructure-as-code (CDK, CloudFront).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and focus management.
