Commercial Intern – Commercial Tools & Business Intelligence

Location: United Kingdom; role based in Slough.

What you will do

• Develop recommendations and sustainable processes for ongoing data management and data quality.
• Improve governance, auditability, and confidence in installed base information.
• Digitise workflows to enable tracking, reporting, and accountability.
• Use installed base intelligence to identify commercial growth opportunities across the Turbomachinery Services business.
• Support adoption of commercial tools and improve visibility of customer equipment and service opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders while collaborating with commercial, operational, engineering, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Full training is provided on Dry Gas Seal products, commercial processes, installed base management, business systems, and data analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar digital tools.
