📌 We're hiring: Junior Customer Success Manager
We're a fast-growing team building a B2B product in the IT & Telecom space, and we're looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join us.
If you're at the Junior / Junior+ level, enjoy working with clients, and want to grow into a full Customer Success Manager, we'd love to meet you!

🚀 What you'll do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
• Support client onboarding and day-to-day account management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively drive customer retention
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
• Communicate with clients via email, calls, and online meetings
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve customer requests
• Keep CRM and customer records up to date
• Learn Customer Success best practices and grow into an independent CSM

✅ What we're looking for
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Sales, or another client-facing role
• B2B experience is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken & written C1)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Interest in SaaS, IT, or Telecom products is a plus
• Motivation to build a long-term career in Customer Success

Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾
Work format: Full-time, office-based
