Professional Services Engineer (Networking)

What you will do

• Provide full-time project support to customers during networking implementations.
• Plan, design, implement, and operate solutions using the PDIO methodology.
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout implementation.
• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for customers.
• Coordinate communication between sales teams and customers.
• Escalate customer issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience for individual contributor roles.
• Experience supporting customer implementation projects.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and advise customers.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and customer stakeholders.
• Availability to work in the Seoul, South Korea hybrid environment.
